INTRODUCTION
This narrative report contains details about the On-the-job
training that I have been undergone from the Social Security System. It is
located at the 3rd Floor of CB Mall Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.
On-the-job Training is part of a college curriculum that needs
to finish in order graduating at your course. It aims to train and orient
students about in the work field and preparation for their future work or
career. On-the-job training is very important not only to teach students about
their chosen careers but to introduce to the students formally the reality
about working. It enables the students to relate the concepts learned from the
classroom into the workplace. This type of training can also help students to
become more familiar into the real world. In some cases, on-the-job training
may lead to a stable and fulfilling career. Moreover, these work skills serve
us guide in future career someday.
Students learn discipline, organization, and enhance their
skills while they train out in the workforce. We will learn also to deal with
other people not only to the employee but also to the other co OJT to their
work place. Especially deal with the different people and their status. Since
On-the-job training is supervised by real employees in real life work
situations, anything can happen so the students must learn to work on their own
without others. Students will adjust to work, and they will gain unforgettable
experience that they can take with them as they move forward with future
careers and education. Moreover, its serves as the first step of every student’s
for their future careers. The main objective of On-the-job training is to gain
knowledge and aside from that, it makes the students to become more
responsible, more effective and efficient professional in almost every aspect.

excited at the same time. I was scared to commit mistakes and feel embarrass.
But as the time goes by, the SSS family gave us a warm welcome and comfortable
with them. I didn’t feel the struggle to adjust because all the SSS employees
were very kind and approachable when I asked question to them.
The working place is safe and very organized. Social Security

employees have to extend their time due to overload works.
